I came up with this chili recipe all on my own. We got snowed in again here in NC again! Twice in one winter, I think I’m gonna have to move to Florida! I did not make a pre-snow mad rush to the grocery store so I was left to invent my chili recipe with what I had on hand. It turned out delicious!

Wanchai Ferry Review and Giveaway!
We are big fans of Asian food in our house. Every kind Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and, of course, Chinese Takeout. Chinese Takeout is always a hit at my house. Even the toddler loves it! So, when BlogSpark gave me the opportunity to review the new Wanchai Ferry Frozen Meal Kits, I couldn’t resist. In fact, during my trip to the Betty Crocker Kitchens last week, I had an opportunity to sample one of the meals. Fabulous! I couldn’t...
Slow Cooker Sunday!!!
In honor of MomTrend’s wonderful transformation and new stylish decor, this week’s recipe is a slow cooker chicken with an Asian style sauce. Hoisin sauce is one of my favorites. It’s great for cooking and dipping. I have to apologize to Kate for posting another recipe with bell peppers, as well as mushrooms. I know they are not your favorites. I do think any other appropriate vegetables can be used, broccoli, carrots or snow pea...
Throwdown Thursday- Thai Chicken Pizza
This is our newest pizza recipe. It has all of our family’s favorite flavors and is easy to make! The dough is thin crust and doesn’t have to rise. The peanut sauce as well as the carrots and cilantro added after baking give it a distinctly Thai taste. Great to make for a party or just a tasty treat for your family.
