One in five parents get less than 6 hours sleep a night.

Research has shown that cutting back on zzzs, makes you feel more confused, and irritable. Unfortunately, this translates to parents taking their frustrations out on their children, and not allowing themselves to be the best parents possible.

Parents appear to look less healthy, feel more tired, and also look, and feel less attractive. Parents should not only make sure that their kids get enough sleep, but they should also set a good example for their children as well.

 

Sleep not only improves your physiological health, it also makes you look healthy and more attractive. Lack of sleep not only affects your looks, it also affects your immune system, brain function, and can cause illnesses such as heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. Long term sleep deprivation affects looks and health.
