Fitness in school is so important since it helps kids not only get healthier physically, but improves a student’s ability to concentrate as well.

This is due to the endorphines that are increased when children exercise.

Making sure to include fitness in school is also imperative since kids often times do not exercise much since they often sit and play video games, watch tv, and usually have unhealthy eating habits.

Fitness in school programs are being cut nationwide, and many schools are doing their best to find creative ways around these cuts, since instructors know how important physical activity is.
